At The GLD Shop, we stand behind our quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your drip. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your items in their original GLD packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
